Refer and Earn Policy

This policy outlines the rules, procedures, and conditions for participation in the Superalink Refer & Earn Program (the “Program”). By participating, users agree to the terms outlined below. Superalink reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

1. Reward Policy Details

1.1 Reward Structure:

Referrers earn rewards in the form of Superalink credits that can be redeemed as coupons worth $1.50 or $5.00 when checking out. Referred users receive one-time discounts worth $1.50 and $5.00, usable based on product price.

1.2 Coupon Policy:

Coupon Types:

  • $1.50 Coupon: Usable for purchases over $2.50.
  • $5.00 Coupon: Usable for purchases over $6.00.

Important:

  • For referred user discounts:
    • The discount applied will automatically when using other users referral code and adjust based on the product price:
      • -

        If the product price is over $2.50, the $1.50 discount will be applied.
      • -

        If the product price is over $6.00, the $5.00 discount will be applied.
  • For referrer coupons:
    • When a referrer exchanges a coupon, the equivalent value ($1.50 or $5.00) will be deducted from their total credit balance.
    • Referred users receive their one-time coupons immediately upon successful purchase with a referral code.

1.3 Reward Issuance Conditions:

  • Referrer credits are issued only after the referred user activates their purchased eSIM (check-in) and no refund is requested during the applicable period. Referrers will get $5 credit as the rewards.

1.4 Reward Validity:

  • If the referrer didn’t exchange their coupon in the refer and earn menu, coupons will not appear on the checkout page.

1.5 Automatic Coupon Generation:

  • Referrer credits totaling $5.00 (website currency) can be used to exchange coupons worth $1.50 and $5.00 on the refer and earn page.
  • The availability of these coupons depends on the total product price (e.g., $1.50 coupon for purchases over $2.50, and $5.00 coupon for purchases over $6.00).

1.6 Reward Limits:

  • No restriction on the number of referrals.
  • There are no monthly or annual caps on the value of rewards earned within this limit.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Referrer Eligibility:

  • Must have an active account in good standing.
  • No minimum purchase history is required, but accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be disqualified.

2.2 Referred Eligibility:

  • Must have an active account in good standing.
  • Can only be used for first purchase with the referral code.

2.3 Account Status Requirements:

  • Both referrers and referees must have active accounts to participate.
  • Suspended or deactivated accounts are not eligible.

2.4 Country-Specific Availability:

  • Must have an active account in good standing.

3. Fraud Prevention

3.1 New User Verification:

  • Email Verification: All new accounts must verify their email addresses to ensure authenticity.
  • Payment Method Verification: Payment methods are reviewed for validity; flagged methods may trigger investigations.
  • Device Information Check: Each user’s device is monitored to prevent multiple accounts being created from the same device.

3.2 Reward Limits:

  • Duplicate purchases from the same account or using the same payment method will trigger a review.
  • Suspicious patterns, such as repeated low-cost purchases or referrals from the same IP address, may result in account suspension.

3.3 Penalties for Fraud:

  • Accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or fake accounts, will:
    • Forfeit all rewards.
    • Be disqualified from the Program.
    • Risk permanent account suspension.

4. Refund Policy Integration

4.1 Refund Handling:

  • Before Activation:
    • If a referred user requests a refund before activating their eSIM, rewards for both the referrer and referred user will be invalidated.
  • After Activation:
    • If the referred user activates their eSIM, the referrer’s reward remains valid, and the standard refund policy applies to the referred user.

4.2 Post-Reward Redemption Refunds:

Referrers earn rewards in the form of Superalink credits that can be redeemed as coupons worth $1.50 or $5.00 when checking out. Referred users receive one-time discounts worth $1.50 and $5.00, usable based on product price.

4.3 Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds are not available for products purchased using referral, including purchases where referral coupons ($1.50 or $5.00) were applied. This policy ensures fairness and prevents potential misuse of referral rewards.

5. Reward Usage Conditions

5.1 Minimum Purchase Amount:

  • $1.50 Coupon: Requires a purchase over $2.50.
  • $5.00 Coupon: Requires a purchase over $6.00.

5.2 Coupon Usage Rules:

  • Only one coupon can be applied per transaction.
  • Coupons cannot be stacked.

5.3 Compatibility with Other Promotions:

Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

5.4 Reward Transferability:

  • Rewards are non-transferable.
  • Only the account holder who earned the rewards can use them.

6. Dispute Resolution Process

6.1 Missing Rewards:

  • Users must report missing rewards to Superalink support within 30 days of the transaction.
  • Support will investigate the claim based on referral records, eSIM activation, and transaction history.

6.2 Complaint Handling:

  • Complaints regarding rewards or Program-related issues can be submitted via email or the customer support portal.
  • Superalink will respond within 5 business days.

6.3 Dispute Criteria:

  • Disputes will be resolved based on:
    • Verification of the referred user’s eligibility.
    • Review of transaction and eSIM activation records.
    • Compliance with the Program’s policy.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

Superalink reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the Program without prior notice.
  • Change the reward structure, eligibility requirements, or policies to align with business goals or legal requirements.
