Manual Activation Guide

We recommend you activate the eSIM a few hours before your trip and turn on the data roaming once you arrived at the destination.

Voucher Usagecoupon

Voucher can only be used once either by scanning the QR code or entering it manually. Do not remove the eSIM from your device as it cannot be reused.

Internet require to set up an eSIM. Ensure that your device is connected during activation.

1. Open settings menu

Navigate to setting menu and select “Connections” option.

2. Go to SIM manager

Then tap SIM manager, to add eSIM

Prepare your eSIM voucher that you want to activate. Then tap “Add eSIM”

4. Select activation method

Select “Scan QR Code” as method for activation

5. Manual activation

On the bottom of the screen, tap “Enter Activation Code” button to activate manually

You can get the info from your eSIM voucher in My Voucher or email. Tap 'Done' at the bottom right.

This process will take several minutes to check the eSIM information. After finished, tap “Add” to add eSIM to your device

8. Activation Completed

Activation done! It'll show up as “eSIM 1” by default. Then, tap “eSIM 1” to change the label

9. Modify eSIM label

To modify the label of your eSIM, tap on the “Edit name and icon” option. You have the freedom to enter any label you prefer here. In this case, let's designate it as SUPERALINK.

10. Set cellular data

Make sure your Mobile data is set to “SUPERALINK” eSIM. For Calls and Messages, you can set them to your main SIM card.

Then select “Mobile Networks” options to set eSIM networks

12. Switch ON “Data Roaming”

Ensure data roaming is switched ON to use mobile data

Don’t forget to turn off WiFi mode so the eSIM works properly.
